ssh: connect to host github.com port 22: Connection refused
如果使用git远程推送时出现如下问题：$ git push -u origin master
ssh: connect to host github.com port 22: Connection refused
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
可以采用如下方法：
$ vim .ssh/config
Host github.com
User fulinux@sina.com
Hostname ssh.github.com
PreferredAuthentications publickey
IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa
Port 443
测试连接是否成功：
$ ssh -T git@github.com
Hi fulinux! You've successfully authenticated, but GitHub does not provide shell access.
推送：
$ git push -u origin master
The authenticity of host ':443 (:443)' can't be established.
