思科ASR1000从ipbase提升到enterprise方法
在思科路由器IOS15.5极其以上版本， 针对RP2以上平台进行了license控制，虽然load了enterprise版本，但是，如果一下命令不被执行，则，启动的就是ipbase版本，很多命令都被限制了。
执行完该命令，然后重启系统，就OK了。
不需要额外的license申请，只要执行一下就可以了，不知道将来还会有什么后续动作，呼呼
