wamp下配置Smarty
1 将解压后的Smarty放到www目录下2 在Smarty文件夹一个文件夹MySmarty然后再MySmarty中创建三个文件夹 文件夹的名字为 cache , templates,templates_c
3 创建三个文件 index.php , smarty.php , index.html;
三个文件的内容为：
smarty.php

include_once("../Smarty/libs/Smarty.class.php");
$smarty = new Smarty;
$smarty->caching=false;
//模板文件夹
$smarty->template_dir = "../Smarty/MySmarty/templates";
//编译目录
$smarty->compile_dir = "../Smarty/MySmarty/templates_c";
//缓存文件夹
$smarty->cache_dir = "../Smarty/MySmarty/cache";
//左右边界符
$smarty->left_delimiter = "{";
$smarty->right_delimiter="}";
?>
index.php

include("smarty.php");
$name = "php100 i love you";
$smarty->assign("title",$name);
$smarty->display("index.html");
