wamp 中安装cakephp Fatal error: You must enable the intl extension to use CakePHP.
今天在wamp下安装cakephp3.x的时候，报出这么一条错误：Fatal error: You must enable the intl extension to use CakePHP. in D:\wamp1\www\cakephp\config\bootstrap.php on line 38。查了很多资料，发现还是没用！最后，看cakephp手册Cookbook 3.x才发现早已经有了解决方案：In WAMP, the intl extension is “activated” by default but not working. To make it work you have to go to php folder (by default) C:\wamp\bin\php\php{version}, copy all the files that looks like icu*.dll and paste them into theapache bin directory C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache{version}\bin. Then restart all services and it should be OK.
这句话解释一下，就是把D:\wamp1\bin\php\php5.5.12(我的wamp安装在d盘)下带有icu*.dll的文件，如下所示：
放到D:\wamp1\bin\apache\apache2.4.9\bin中，重启下apche所有服务即可！
