Cacti安装错误：Warning: exec(): Unable to fork [c:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe] 已解决

　　win2003 + iis6.0 + cacti + rrdtool + php5.1.4
　　上述环境下安装Cacti，
　　提示错误...
　　Warning: exec(): Unable to fork
　　
　　处理方法： 修改文件权限，c:/windows/system32/cmd.exe, 添加站点用户读取、执行权限。
　　ok.
