Windows Myeclipse 10 安装 Perl 插件
1.首先安装 windows 下的 perl 环境这里使用 active perl，选择最新版本 5.16.1
下载地址：
http://www.activestate.com/activeperl/downloads
文件名：
ActivePerl-5.16.1.1601-MSWin32-x86-296175.msi
安装即可
2.安装 myeclipse 插件 EPIC
http://sourceforge.net/projects/e-p-i-c/files/latest/download?source=files
org.epic.updatesite_0.6.35_20090521.zip下载后解压
将 feature 和 plugins 两个文件夹放到 myeclipse 安装目录下的 dropins 下面
然后重启myeclipse。
新建 project 就会看到 perl project。
