系统蓝屏后 PostgreSQL 无法启动的解决

Windows 系统蓝屏后，导致 PostgreSQL 无法启动。
删除data目录下的两个文件： postmaster.opts 和 postmaster.opts
再启动 PostgreSQL 即可。
