SQLITE学习笔记二(数据库管理，命令行操作)
1.在下载一个windows下shell程序，下载地址：http://www.sqlite.com/sqlite-shell-win32-x86-3070900.zip2.下载完成后解压得到sqlite3.exe，放置在任意目录；
3.使用方式：
a.打开数据库
