今天发现Apache Server启动不了， 去入WinXP 的Event View里发现错误是:Event Type:Error

google了一把， 发现是新版的Skype会占用80和443两个端口... 到Skype里把Use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections的勾去掉. 关闭Skype, Apache Httpd Server正常启动.
