启动apache的方法（转）
现象：能正常启动，但大量占用CPU，不释放内存，（由于一直尝试运行子进程，可在任务管理器里看到经常现两个apache进程）用127.0.0.1访问没反应Errlog:

Child 448: Child process is running
(OS 10022)提供了一个无效的参数。 : Child 448: setup_inherited_listeners(), WSASocket failed to open the inherited socket.
Parent: child process exited with status 3 -- Aborting.
Apache/2.0.53 (Win32) configured -- resuming normal
解决办法
1.网上邻居->本地连接->属性->internet协议(TCP/IP)->属性->高级->wins标签->去掉启用LMhosts查询前的勾.
2.控制面版->windows防火墙->高级标签->本地连接设置->服务的标签里勾选安全Web服务器(HTTPS)即可。
