Windows下Apache+Mongrel运行不了的问题

在使用Apache+Mongrel搭配运行时，有时候无法运行，且找不到原因。
此时应先使用mongrel_rails命令来测试工站点是否正常。

命令：
mongrel_rails start -c e:\xxxxx -e production

如果这个状态下能正常启动，且访问正常，这样才能保证Apache+Mongrel正常服务。
