java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base C:\Program Files (x86)\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps\manager does not exist or is not a readable directory

　　该死的错误 出现这种问题解决很简单 写在这里 老是不长记性
　　1、将webapps目录下的文件都删除
　　2、wrok 及conf目录下的文件夹都删了
