Tomcat 5.5 下配置root context

上面的context只能在server.xml配置，配置在conf/Catalina/localhost/ROOT.xml下无效（有人提到这种配置办法，但我试了不行，居然还会报数据源相关的错误）
把webapps下的ROOT目录干掉，并且应用中web.xml：
