Jsp页面中的action设置是：action="<%=basePath%>hr/LeaveOfficeAction?method=selectUser">
找了很久都没发现，后来静下心来一看，原来是没有写do
把上面的配置改成action="<%=basePath%>hr/LeaveOfficeAction.do?method=selectUser">
