[*]问题描述
　　把project从SVN上Checkout，然后导入Eclipse中，然后使用Tomcat发布时报错：There are no resources that can be added or removed from the server.

[*]解决方案

[*]找一个tomcat能发布的工程或者使用Eclipse新建一个“Dynamic Web Project”
[*]把项目中的.project和.settings文件夹导入到项目中
