After installed and configured the project server, try toopen http://YourSharepointServerName/pwa
Create a project:
a.Click the projects
b.Click new->Basic Project Plan
c.Input the project name(e.g. testproject) anddescription, then click OK
d.Click Project center or Projects, then you see the project which you created
e.Click the testproject link and add tasks for it:
