　　这个问题主要是客户端与服务端安装的git版本不兼容，解决如下：
　　1.只对当前bash起作用，一般人应该不会设吧
　　ssh -oKexAlgorithms=+diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 user@127.0.0.1
　　2.对所以bash起作用
　　vi ~/.ssh/config加入以下内容
　　Host somehost.example.org(你的gerrit服务器，域名或IP)
　　KexAlgorithms +diffie-hellman-group1-sha1
