exchange服务器新建用户报错
最近升级了exchange2013，升级完成后对系统功能进行验证发现ECP新建用户时会报错报错内容如下：Active Directory operation failed on my.domain.controller. This error is not retriable. Additional information: A device attached to the system is not functioning.
Active directory response: 0000001F: SvcErr: DSID-031A120C, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 0
在网上搜索了一下报错的内容大部分都是关于java连接Ldap服务的，没有和Exchange相关的报错，正在我没有头绪的时候忽然想起了之前调整过Exchange服务器连接DC服务器的连接模式， 在HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchange ADAccess 建立了 “Disable LDAP Encryption” 值为1，这是用来解除Exchange服务器到DC服务器之间加密连接的，把这个值删除之后exchange所有功能都正常了。
