使用PHP Manager for IIS时，Windws 10自带IIS注意事项
You need to do a work around to the iis major version number to temp get around the install checks.Alter registry as follows:
"MajorVersion"=dword:00000007
or navigate to above key and change MajorVersion to Decimal 7. Then change back to 10 when done installing.
