Permanent Device Loss (PDL) in VMware HA 推荐设置

　　only introduced in vSphere 5.0 Update 1 or later
　　1. disk.terminateVMOnPDLDefault = TRUE
　　/etc/vmware/settings
　　it is a per host setting
　　2. das.maskCleanShutdownEnabled = TRUE
　　it is a per Cluster setting
