exchange 2013 运行删除命令（search-mailbox）的前提条件
需要拥有的权限：一、Discovery management（默认角色组）
此管理角色组成员可以在 Exchange 组织中针对符合特定标准的数据执行邮箱的搜索。
包含两个角色：
[*] Legal Hold 此角色使管理员能够配置邮箱中的数据是否应保留，以供组织诉讼时使用。
[*] Mailbox Search此角色使管理员能够在组织中搜索一个或多个邮箱的内容。
二、Organization management(默认角色组)
此管理角色组成员具有对 Exchange 对象及其在 Exchange 组织中的属性进行管理的权限。另外，成员还可以代表组织中的角色组和管理角色。不应删除此角色组。
