tomcat启动不了,报java.lang.Exception: Socket bind failed: [730013]

今天突然发现TOMCAT6无法正常启动，报错误：严重: Error starting endpoint
java.lang.Exception: Socket bind failed: ???????????????í????×??????·??????×?
at org.apache.tomcat.util.net.AprEndpoint.init(AprEndpoint.java:649)
at org.apache.tomcat.util.net.AprEndpoint.start(AprEndpoint.java:794)
at org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11AprProtocol.start(Http11AprProtocol.java:139)经过分析最后确定是程序：腾讯高速下载引擎(TENCENTDL)占了tomcat默认的8080端口，进入conf/server.xml修改默认的8080端口，故障解除；
