Could not> Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this message此消息是在安装apache2之后，使用重启或stop或者start的时候遇到的一个问题。大概的意思是默认使用的127.0.0.1，这样是被禁止使用的。需要对刚安装完的apache2配置文件进行修改。请打开/etc/apache2/apache2.conf,然后在配置文件的最下面添加如下语句：
ServerNamelocalhost:80
localhost也可更改为所需使用的设备IP地址。
