下一步本来应该安装 windows power shell安装完IIS组件后还需要安装PowerShell组件,Windows Server 2008中已经内置PowerShell,默认没有安装上,在此需要手动安装一下你在服务器管理器，功能里面添加也行.像我这样 运行exchange 的安装组件 运行一下也行，但最好还是提前装上
下一步安装exchange 07 +sp1，把文件拷贝过来，

根据你的描述，应该是缺少某个IIS组检查件，检查IIS组件安装是否完整，或者通过下面命令将IIS的组件安装上
