安装开源redis-flayber

　　下载解压后，看install 或readme, 可以make MALLOC=libc，然后
　　You can use "make PREFIX=/some/other/directory install" if you wish to use a
　　different destination.
　　到安装目录下的bin文件即可启动。学好英语会看源文档还是很重要的呀。
