如果apache安装在/usr/local/apache2，则启动方法为：
/usr/local/apache2/bin/apachectl start
停止
/usr/local/apache2/bin/apachectl stop
/usr/local/apache2/bin/apachectl restart

server httpd start
停止
server httpd stop
重启
server httpd restart
