cactiEZ增加IIS监控模板
公司最有一台windows2008-Web-Server需要对IIS进行监控，之前都在用cactiez-V10监控它自身本并没有IIS监控模板的，自己没有部署过这个IIS模板，看过别人使用，无奈只好baidu、Google没有找到太详细的文章，但是找到了IIS模板包于是下载下来了。自己研究安装步骤分享。第一步
下载好的模板解压出来里面有四个文件都.XML的文件
