Zabbix 4.0 graph 时间显示不正确的解决办法
参考了https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-7820 的内容解决修改/etc/apache2/conf-available/zabbix.conf文件，把timezone的值改为 Asia/Shanghai.
然后重启apache2服务即可。
sudo systemctl restart apache2.service

The problem is people follow old server setup instructions and edit php.ini, when they should edit
/etc/apache2/conf-available/zabbix.conf
And there is two places where they need to change the time zone php5 and php7 (in /etc/apache2/conf-available/zabbix.conf)
Server setup instructions need to be updated.
