　　解决方法：
　　修改backint和backfm的权限
　　BCSQAS:/usr/tivoli/tsm/tdp_r3/ora64>chmod 4775 backint backfm

　　-rwsrwxr-x    1 root   system   32737183 Nov 02 2007backint
　　修改完后备份成功。
