错误的删除了Windows Store App需要的若干文件/目录的访问权限
解决方案：
The only permissions that 'ALL_APPLICATION_PACKAGES' needs in order for all Metro/Modern apps to work are:
File - %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temporary Internet Files\counters.dat - Read & Execute, Read - (You'll need to uncheck 'Hide protected operating system files' in Folder Options to see the Temporary Internet Files folder) (if you cannot find in the above location try %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\counters.dat).
Folder - %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\WER - Special: List folder/read data, Create folders/append data (if you cannot find in the above location try %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER).

不要随便手动更改关键目录的访问权限！
