安装composer报错

错误码1920
Serveice VMware Unisersal File Access (vmware-ufad) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
从服务管理器里面尝试启动服务报错1053 The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
从网上差的说是可能数据库连接问题？有遇到的大佬吗？
