xampp中apache无法启动的问题(child process 36)今天在安装xampp的时候遇到apache无法启动的问题。google了一下得到了几个解释，有说端口被
占用，有说是wind的问题，尝试了一下都不行。错误日志(\xampp\apache\logs\error.log)有如下提
示：

再搜索也没有结果。只能随便尝试，最后发现了解决办法。
如下：1.在XAMPP Control Panel点Setup，弹出命令行；
2.选择6回车，enable mob_perl。
问题解决。
