注意：解决乱码问题，ftp 上传的编码格式设置只是解决问题的一方面，还需要设置(1)服务器的 :  LANG="en_US.UTF-8" 或者 LANG="zh_cn.UTF-8"。(2)被上传的文件也需要使用 utf-8 进行编码。
