当运行项目时，报这个错，但是相关的包又引入进来了，我的解决办法是：
    当我直接运行时，不需要maven的调试，所以直接跳过调试，就可以了，具体的办法是：在Run Configurations的选项下的Maven Builde新建一个，Goals:tomcat:run,并选中Skip Tests，然后run就可以了
