Exchange 2010 OWA 方式访问ECP 服务器未能处理请求错误

　　访问OWA时，收发邮件正常，但是，使用ECP 时，出现错误提示“请求错误，服务器未能处理该请求” 之类的报错。
　　截图当时忘记截了，没有当时的报错效果图，不过，服务器会有相关的日志事件错误，如下：

　　解决方法：
　　1. 以管理员的方式打开CMD命令行
　　2. 在C:\windows\system32 目录下运行命令 lodctr /R
　　3. 重启IIS
