【树莓派】RPi desktop系统重启或关机挂起几个问题：plymouth-reboot.service、plymouth-poweroff.service、

　　在基于intel平台安装的RPi desktop关机或者重启时，会存在挂起的问题，一直卡着不动。
　　挂起问题有3个：
　　系统关机时候，停留在：plymouth-poweroff.service
　　系统重启时候，停留在：plymouth-reboot.service
　　系统重启时候，有的设备会停留在：Deconfiguring network interfaces
　　经过查询，看来是官方也存在的问题，之前有人遇到了，也给出了一些如下解决办法，但是我经过多次尝试，看起来并没有生效。
　　记录部分可能有效的方法如下，用在再次尝试的参考：
