在公司中的***中，不同的网段访问SharePoint就是需主DNS，但是测试阶段，审请有问题。很多的时候就需要IP访问，设置方法如下：

其中，公用URL里设置之后可以实现IP的访问。内部URL增加后，IP会自动转换为主机名。另外，映射外部资源还未测试。

网上一些参考：
You must give the Live IP address on Alternate access mapping for the particular SharePoint site. If we didn't map the IPAddress to Alternate access mapping, you can face similar issues on accessing the site, list and other objects from the Site. And also you can't view the List's View pages and settings pages for that site.
And also you can't access the site using SharePoint Designer.
Follow the steps to apply the alternate access mappings for the webapplication,
1) Navigate to Application Management -> Configure Alternate Access Mappings (under Web Application heading)
2) Click Edit Pulic URLs link
3) Select your webapplication on Alternate Access Mapping Collection section
4) Then enter you Live IP address on any of the textbox as per your requirement.
5) Then Click Ok to apply the alternate access mapping to the Site.
