Cisco SG 300-52交换机升级操作步骤
1、Cisco SG 300-52交换机的出厂默认IP地址是：192.168.1.254。在笔记本上设置同网段的IP地址：192.168.1.1。用一根网线连接交换机的端口1（不指定端口）和笔记本。打开浏览器，输入http://192.168.1.254，打开SG 300-52的登录界面。输入默认用户名和密码：cisco，单击“Log In”登录。2、交换机自动跳转到修改登录密码界面。输入2次新密码，单击“Apply”修改为新密码。
3、单击“Status and Statistics”中的“System Summary”，查看当前的“firmware version (Active Image)”为1.0.0.27。
4、单击“Getting Started”，单击右侧的“Upgrade Device Software”。
5、在“Upgrade/Backup Firmware/Language”中，“Transfer Method”选择“via TFTP”，“Save Action”选择“Upgrade”，“File Type”选择“Boot Code”。
6、打开tftp软件，在“Base Directory”中选择升级包所在的文件夹路径。“Server interface”选择“192.168.1.1”（如有多网卡连接中）。
7、在第5步的“TFTP Server”中输入“192.168.1.1”，“Source File Name”中输入“sx300_boot-13506.rfb”。
8、正在传输数据。
9、状态显示拷贝完成。单击“Done”按钮。
10、单击“Administration”-“File Management”-“Active Image”，将“Active Image After Reboot”由“Image 1”改为“Image 2”。单击“Apply”按钮。
11、提示修改成功。
12、重启交换机后，查看“System Summary”，“Boot Version”已由“1.0.0.4”改为“1.3.5.06”。
13、在“Upgrade/Backup Firmware/Language”中，“Transfer Method”选择“via TFTP”，“Save Action”选择“Upgrade”，“File Type”选择“Firmware Image”。在“TFTP Server”中输入“192.168.1.1”，“Source File Name”中输入“sx300_fw-1413.ros”。单击“Apply”按钮。
14、此时，出现 “Illegal software format” 错误信息提示。单击“Done”关闭。出现此错误信息的原因是：“firmware version”不能由1.0.0.27直接升级到1.4.1.3。
15、在“Upgrade/Backup Firmware/Language”中，“Transfer Method”选择“via TFTP”，“Save Action”选择“Upgrade”，“File Type”选择“Firmware Image”。在“TFTP Server”中输入“192.168.1.1”，“Source File Name”中输入“sx300_fw-13558.ros”。单击“Apply”按钮。
16、正在传输数据。
17、状态显示拷贝完成。单击“Done”按钮。
18、单击“Administration”-“File Management”-“Active Image”，将“Active Image After Reboot”由“Image 2”改为“Image 1”。单击“Apply”按钮。
19、提示修改成功。
20、单击“Status and Statistics”中的“System Summary”，查看当前的“firmware version (Non-active)”为1.3.5.58。
21、单击“Administration”-“Reboot”，单击“Reboot”按钮，重新启动交换机。
22、重启前提示，单击“OK”按钮。
23、提示重启成功。等待设备完成重启。
24、重启后再次登录设备。单击“Status and Statistics”中的“System Summary”，查看当前的“firmware version (Active Image)”已修改为1.3.5.58。
25、在“Upgrade/Backup Firmware/Language”中，“Transfer Method”选择“via TFTP”，“Save Action”选择“Upgrade”，“File Type”选择“Firmware Image”。在“TFTP Server”中输入“192.168.1.1”，“Source File Name”中输入“sx300_fw-1413.ros”。单击“Apply”按钮。
26、正在传输数据。
27、状态显示拷贝完成。单击“Done”按钮。
28、单击“Administration”-“File Management”-“Active Image”，在“Active Image After Reboot”中选择“1.4.1.3”。单击“Apply”按钮。
29、提示修改成功。
30、单击“Administration”-“Reboot”，“Reboot”中选择“Immediate”，单击“Reboot”按钮，重新启动交换机。
31、重启后再次登录设备。单击“Status and Statistics”中的“System Summary”，查看当前的“firmware version (Active Image)”已修改为1.4.1.3。
