试用了Template Workflow Web Parts二天，基本了解Template的6个Web Parts使用和一些配置过程。这里整理了一些相关的技术文档和需要注意的地方，详细的配置步骤就省略了。

1. FolderView Web Part
FolderList consists of the organization structure of your company and an area called the Personal Folder that is user-specific. The topmost or Root Folder is usually the company name and subfolders may represent departments and/or groups.



2. FileList Web Part
FileList displays the contents of a Folder selected in the Template FolderView Web Part. The main purpose of the FileList Web Part is to display information.


注意：需要建立FolderView Web Part和FileList Web Part之间的连接，否则FileList Web Part不会显示Folder中的内容。

You can create a new Process or launch workflow by clicking the Create Process QuickLink in the name column of the FileList where Type is Model.

You can open or display a Process from the FilestList web Part by clicking the Process’ QuickLink in the name column of the FistList where Type is Process. By default, the Process is displayed in a separate window called ProcessView.

3. TaskList Web Part
TaskList Web Part displays TaskList Views and provides you the functionality for managing your Tasks.


注意：其中TaskList Web Part Toolbar中的第三个View Properties按钮只有当TaskList Web Part连接到FolderView Web Part（Column: TaskList ID）时才会显示。

By default, TaskList views will display all Tasks that are assigned to you, any groups you may be a member of or any Tasks that are part of a Process that you initiated.

Clicking on the QuickLink of the Task column is to open a Task from the TaskList Web Part, which displays the Web Form that is associated it. The Web Form will be displayed in a new window.


4. ProcessView Web Part
The ProcessView Web Part displays the Process or workflow was initialized from.


Processes can be displayed in the ProcessView Web Part if it is connected to the FileList Web Part and the Open ProcessView Property is de-selected for the FileList Web Part.（通过Modify Shared Web Part进入Web Part属性编辑页面，在TeamplateEvents Category下，取消默认的Open ProcessView）.


How to build a connection between two web parts.

You can also display ProcessView by clicking the Process QuickLink displayed in the Process Column of the TaskList Web Part. However, you should build a connection between ProcessView Web Part and TaskList Web Part as well as de-select the Open ProcessView Property of the TaskList Web Part.

In ProcessView, you can execute a Task by double clicking the ready (light blue) Task and completing the Web form.

5. Monitoring View Web Part
The Monitoring Views are found in the same area, the Personal Folder in the FolderView Web Part, as the TaskList Views.

You have the ability to display Monitoring Views in your SharePoint Site; however, these Views must first be created in the Windows-based version of Teamplate. Modifying or deleting Monitoring Views must be also be done in the Windows-based version.

The Monitoring View Web Part must be connected to the FolderView Web Part. Otherwise, the selected Monitoring View will not displayed.

6. Workflow Menu Web Part
The Workflow Administration Web Part allows you to assign workflow to a SharePoint Document Library based on one or more SharePoint Events.


This Web Part allows users with the appropriate Administrative and Developer Rights to create SharePoint specific web-based Models or workflow solutions by using the Model Wizard.

Workflow Administration允许你关联Teamplate Model or workflow到文件夹级的文档库。你必须关联workflow到一个文档库或者子文件夹，否则workflow不会自动启动。

Workflow Administration的管理页面允许你创建、修改和删除Teamplate Models和SharePoint文档库之间的关联和指定的SharePoint事件。

Workflow Wizard向导是一个基于Web的工具，帮助你创建新的Model或编辑已存在的基于Web的Model。这个向导与Teamplate for .Net中基于Windows的对应向导功能类似。你需要有Administrator和Designer的权限，这个需要在Teamplate for .Net User Administration窗口进行设定。
当你使用Workflow Wizard向导创建基于Web的Model时，如果你想在Model或者Web Form中增加一些额外的功能或者脚本，你可以使用Template IDE打开来进行编辑。
