Resolve can't copy and remove files on Exchange server

If you meet the problem which give out an alert said “Your current security settings prohibitcopying or moving files from this zone.”on Exchange Server, pleasefollow the below steps to resolve it.

·  Click Start, click Run,type mmc, and then click OK.

·  On the Action menu,click Add/Remove Snap-ins.

·  Click Add, click GroupPolicy, click Add, click Group Policy or LocalPolicy, and then click Finish.

·  Click Close, and then click OK.

·  Expand User Configuration, andthen expand Windows Settings.

·  Under Windows Settings,expand Internet Explorer Maintenance, and then click the Securityobject.

·  In the right pane of Microsoft ManagementConsole (MMC), double-click Security Zones and Content Ratings.

·  Under Security Zones, click toselect the Import the current security zones settings checkbox, and then click the Modify Settings button.

·  Under the Select a Web content zoneto specify its security settings section, clickMy Computer, andthen click Custom Level in the Security level for thiszonesection.

·  In the Security Settings section,scroll down to the Downloads section and change the optionfrom Disabled to Enabled under Filedownload.

·  Under the Miscellaneous section,under the Drag-and-drop or copy and paste files option, if theoption is set to Disabled, change the option to Enabled.
