在SharePoint 2010使用OWA

背景:
利用 Outlook Web Access Web 部件，可以在 SharePoint 网站中显示从 Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 至 2007 电子邮件帐户中的文件夹中选择的内容.

这些 Web 部件连接到您的组织的 Office Outlook Web Access 服务器，而不是直接连接到 Microsoft Exchange Server。若要设置 Outlook Web Access Web 部件，您将需要从您的组织的 IT 部门获得 Outlook Web Access 服务器的 URL。

IT部门给出的owa URL:https://192.168.11.20/owa


近期使用outlook web app webpart在ico办公系统主页面加入我的最近邮件的功能.在使用过程中,遇到几个问题,记录下来.希望其他人可以参考一下.


过程:

一.首先要去管理中心,打开user profile service和用户同步文件配置,启动他们,不然无法插入owa webpart,会弹出:没有适用于应用程序的地址.(我是怎么知道的,经过专家指导的).为什么要启动它们,因为我们使用的owa功能和邮件有关,而且用户配置这个很重要.


二.将 Outlook Web Access Web 部件添加到页面中

• 在页面的功能区中，单击“页面”选项卡，然后单击“编辑页面”命令。
  

注释   如果“编辑页面”命令处于禁用状态，则您可能没有编辑页面的权限。请与管理员联系。

• 单击要添加 Web 部件的页面，单击“插入”选项卡，然后单击“Web 部件”。
  

• 在“类别”下，单击“Outlook Web App”。
  
• 在“Web 部件”下，选择要添加到页面中的 Outlook Web Access Web 部件，然后单击“添加”。
  
• 在页面上，指向该 Web 部件，单击下箭头，然后单击“编辑 Web 部件”。
  
• 在工具窗格的“邮件配置”部分，在“邮件服务器地址”框中键入您的 Outlook Web Access 服务器的 URL。例如，https://mail.contoso.com/owa,但是这里我用的是 https://192.168.11.20/owa?cmd=contents ,因为我使用整个邮件区,详细可看:http://technet.microsoft.com/zh-cn/library/bb232199(EXCHG.80).aspx
  
• 在“邮箱”中，键入您的电子邮件地址，如 connie@contoso.com。
  
• 根据需要，配置 Web 部件的其他选项。
  
• 单击“确定”以保存您的设置并退出工具窗格，或单击“应用”以查看您所做的更改但不关闭工具窗格。
  
• 编辑完页面后，单击“页面”选项卡，然后单击“停止编辑”。
  

　　 注释   对于除“我的联系人”Web 部件以外的所有其他 Web 部件，可以在使用 Web 部件时更改视图。如果为“我的联系人”Web 部件选择了双行视图，则无法在使用 Web 部件时更改它。

　　三:还有一个重要的问题:就是sharepoint 2010+exchange 2010是有问题的,后来我申请安装sp1,就解决问题了.
