apache的locale变化
httpd默认使用C作为locale，而不是象以前一样是用root的locale作为locale，可以通过修改/etc/sysconfig/httpd里的环境变量HTTPD_LANG来自定义。

FC4默认UTF8，为什么还要2312？
我记得如果要改locale似乎还需要
export LC_ALL=zh_CN.gb2312

在/etc/profile中加入export LC_ALL=zh_CN.gb2312也可以！
