I cannot stand it!!!! Your after buying service is really really really...poooor!
I am a chinese. I know I should send the email to HP china. But it is useless. The HP china is that i want to sue.
I wish you can take more care of the service in China. HP's service in china is bad. I have my notebook (DV4015AP) repaired many times -more than six times- in youservice center, but it still doesn't work! The LCD is always turnning into black.
According to chinese law(twice repaire,and a new one), they must replace it and give me a new one, but they didn't. They thought the black LCD is not poor enough.But it is truely poor for me.
I bought the note last year on June. I have used it for 5 month. And It have been put in your place for nearly 1 month. How bad, isn't it!
