替换破解文件：\atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\lib \  atlassian-extras-3.1.2.jar
增加mysql链接：\atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\lib \ mysql-connector-java-5.1.39-bin.jar
　　第四步：启动：
