SCCM2012软件清单收集问题（本人technet论坛转入）

sccm2012软件清单收集无数据，硬件清单正常

　　部署测试SCCM2012应用大部分正常，只有软件清单收集出现问题。现象是通过控制台->监视->概述->报表->软件-（公司和产品）->如：（具有特定产品的计算机或所有软件公司等）均无数据，无法正常收集到软件信息，硬件清单收集正常。
　　在客户端上打开InventoryAgent.log,如下：

　　始终不知道何原因造成软件清单无法收集，日志中的InventoryVersionNumber for '{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000002}' not found. 2013/11/7 10:14:30 7852 (0x1EAC)也不知道什么意思？大家有遇到这类问题或知道这类问题如何解决的，请大家不吝赐教。谢谢
