　　1、跳过tcp/ip协议通信：
　　[mysqld]
　　# The TCP/IP Port the MySQL Server will listen on
　　port=3306
　　#log_output=TABLE
　　skip-networking  #添加这一行
　　然后重启服务
　　2、测试连接：
　　C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>mysql -u root -p
　　Enter password:
　　ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
　　可以看出连接mysql失败，那么我们没有了tcp/ip协议我们在本地如何连接呢？
　　3、通过参数--protocol=pipe：
　　C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>mysql --protocol=pipe -u root -
　　Enter password:
　　ERROR 2017 (HY000): Can't open named pipe to host: .  pipe: MySQL (2)
　　可以看出连接失败了！
　　那么我们试试添加：enable-named-pipe
　　如：
　　[mysqld]
　　# The TCP/IP Port the MySQL Server will listen on
　　port=3306
　　#log_output=TABLE
　　skip-networking
　　enable-named-pipe
　　4、然后登陆：
　　C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>mysql --protocol=pipe -u root -p
　　Enter password:
　　Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.

　　Your MySQL connection>　　Server version: 5.5.25-log MySQL Community Server (GPL)

　　测试：

mysql 端口监听问题
　　mysql 启动了，用 localhost 可以连接，但是用 127.0.0.1 不能连接。可能的原因是
　　① mysql为了增强安全性而跳过了端口监听，查看方法：
　　用mysql> SHOW VARIABLES;或者 mysql> SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'skip_networking';
　　查看skip_networking，如果skip_networking=ON ，则到my.ini 中将 skip_networking 注释掉；
　　② 如果显示的是 OFF 则可能是绑定了监听 IP ，在设置文件中查找 bind_address ,如果有的话将其改为 bind_address= 0.0.0.0
　　③ 可能是权限问题，这个就上网找吧。。。
