Windows Phone 7 Consultant (Consultant Level)
The Windows Phone 7 Consultant involves in pre-sales, design, implementation and service process, to deliver high quality mobility solution to customer.
Qualifications
· A total of 7+ years’ experience with the software development cycle: product specification, design, implementation, QA, release, and maintenance.
· 5+ years’ working experience with Windows Form or Asp.net application development
· 3+ years’ Silverlight/WPF experience
· Working experience with application development on Windows Phone 7, clearly understand the WP7 architecture and development effort
· Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET is a must
· Excellent knowledge of web service is a must
· Excellent knowledge of SQL Server is a must
· Solid understanding of Microsoft-based technology such as windows form development, Asp.net application development
· Experience with developing for other operating systems (e.g. iPhone or Android) is a big plus.
· Good to have experience with SOA based architecture
· Experience with mobile web technologies including HTML 5 and CSS3 is a big plus.
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
· Resourceful, practical and critical thinker.
· Self-motivated and organized.
· Good communication skills, able to bring forward a vision or opinion
· Experience on team leading is preferred
· Fluent English Speaking
Responsibilities
· Perform the role of WP7 Development lead on mobility engagements
· Facilitate and Lead customer design workshops
· Help identify and grow the next generation of WP7 developers.
· Perform demonstrations on customer site
· Participate in the writing of RFP and RFQ responses with specific responsibility for WP7 estimates and designs
· Be responsible to participate in a regular project meeting to review and adjust priorities for new Development Requests with PM, BA and Team Leader;
· Be responsible for the design of WP7 project functionality.
· Be responsible for programming of functionality based on the design;
· Review design specifications and requirements with the Team leader/Senior Member and provide impact analyses and realistic development estimates;
· Maintain a day to day understanding of the current project status, and be in a position to communicate this to Team Leader. Ensure the bugs are fixed. Issues are solved on time;
· Provide assistance in the documentation of functional requirements, including screen and output design if required;
· Discuss and review plans for significant changes with PM, developers and testers;
Senior Windows Phone 7 Developer (Team Lead Level)
The Windows Phone 7 Developer involves in design, implementation and service process, to deliver high quality mobility solution to customer.
Qualifications
· A total of 5+ years’ experience with the software development cycle: product specification, design, implementation, QA, release, and maintenance.
· 3+ years’ working experience with Windows Form or Asp.net application development
· 1+ years’ Silverlight/WPF experience
· Hands on experience working with application development on Windows Phone 7.
· Understand platform architecture for Windows Phone 7
· Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET is a must
· Excellent knowledge of web service is a must

· Arrange Technical sessions with the developers when specific technical issues occurs, etc. (Review coming development commitments, new tools, new procedures, new standards and new process);
· Be responsible for fulfilling the commitment to quality in all aspects of work. This includes adherence to development standards and work practices;
