cacti 时区问题

　　一台运行了近2年的Cacti服务器主机，今天手动重启了下网卡服务，发现Cacti竟然不出图了
　　执行： /usr/bin/php /usr/local/cacti/poller.php 命令后发生，有下方表格1的提示：
　　提示时区有问题，于是进/etc/php.ini添加了
date.timezone=Asia/Chongqing　　就可以出图了！
　　于是新的疑问又出来了，为什么运行了两年的Cacti主机却现在才发出这个不出图的问题？之前时区也没有改，同样可以出图，为什么？重启网卡会引起这样的问题？
　　这个问题至今没有得到完美的回复！
