我在激活 Office SharePoint Server 发布基础架构 功能的时候出现无法访问的问题。我在server的log中查看到错误信息如下，请问可能是什么问题啊？Event log message was: '未能设置计划排定作业定义。页面计划排定将不能成功。'.
